Andrea Law

Owner

Andrea has enjoyed a 25+ year career in business communications and has seen the power that successful communication with colleagues can have in shaping cultures and transforming business performance. 

Her experience includes spending 14 years in-house working for Britain’s biggest baker, Warburtons, as well as The Co-operative Group during its year of crisis; after cutting her teeth in agencies as a PR girl on brands such as the National Lottery, Morrisons supermarkets and Hasbro games.  

She now uses her award-winning expertise – and enthusiasm – to help businesses achieve their goals by harnessing the enthusiasm of their people. 

Amelia (Millie) Allegro

Internal Communications Manager

Millie joined Enthuse in February 2021, she has a background in marketing and events but then found her calling in internal communications. 

She’s worked on a variety of Change and Communications programmes, including being heavily involved in the transformation of the logistics operation in wilko, and on internal communications, most recently working with Genomics England, supporting our audit of its internal communication infrastructure and rejuvenating its intranet as a key channel. 

Her favourite parts to the role are meeting clients face-to-face, learning about their organisations, and developing creative solutions to build better workplaces. Her star skill is being a creative and expert copywriter. 

Jo Sanderson

Business Growth Manager

Jo is the newest member of the team and brings with her over 20 years of marketing and communications experience across both the private and public sector.

Much of this time was spent providing internal communications and change support in-house at Amec Foster Wheeler (now Jacobs) and the North West Development Agency where she business partnered with teams across the organisation to ensure a holistic approach to communications and engagement was realised. 

Jo oversees our tender and proposals process and getting to know our new clients. She enjoys nothing more than planning, ensuring a strategic approach to communications is adopted and meaningful action plans are delivered.  

Sally Brys

L&D Partner

Sally has worked in senior talent positions across multiple industries for over twenty years. Her corporate career included Bupa, Marks and Spencer, Warburtons and concluded with JCB as their Group Talent Manager. Her passion and extensive experience include leadership and management development, accelerating team effectiveness and coaching.  

This experience, together with a deep interest in people, psychology and performance delivers a highly practical and holistic approach in her style as a consultant, facilitator, and coach. 

Sally now helps individuals, teams and organisations realise their true potential and become the best version of themselves. She has partnered with Enthuse Communications to develop and deliver our Communication Bootcamp Programme. 

 

Alex Wilson

Senior Internal Communications and Change Manager

Alex has a broad range of communications experience starting out in marketing communications agencies working for national and global brands including Deloitte and Aviva and latterly in internal communications.

She developed a solid understanding of the healthcare, legal and financial services sectors during her nine years at Co-op Group, leading PR campaigns for Co-op Pharmacy (now Well Pharmacy), Co-op Legal Services and Co-op Funeralcare. Alex was also an integral part of the communications team working on the transformation of Co-op Insurance and has also worked as a freelance consultant.

Alex joined Enthuse because of how rewarding she finds internal communications and employee engagement. She enjoys exploring the inner workings of organisations and helping them to improve by getting to know their people better and delivering creative solutions to help them connect with one another.

Emma Westerman

Emma Westerman

Internal Communications Executive

Emma has worked on a number of Change and Communication programmes since she joined us, including our 2023 award-winning change communication project for wilko – Be your best.

Most recently, Emma has been supporting with change communications for Kellogg Europe as they embark on a digital transformation. She’s also part of the team producing a colleague news magazine for Kellogg Wrexham and spent the last few years progressing the alumni activity Enthuse has worked on for several years for veterans of the Royal Lancers Regiment in the British Army.

Emma has also passed her CIPR Internal Communications Certificate with flying colours.

Suze Howell

Head of Employee Research

Suze’s background combines internal communications with research and project management – holding both PRINCE2 and Market Research Society qualifications – working both agency and client-side.

She has worked across a range of sectors, including retail, education, charity and public, and knows first-hand the crucial impact culture and transformation has on business success. As our Head of Employee Research, Suze brings new perspectives on communications and employee engagement to clients and is focused on delivering tangible long-lasting results.

Suze is also a regular contributor to a local magazine and is co-founder of a local arts and culture festival, Heart of the Heatons.
